Rebranding of River state event(1/12/10)

On the first day of the last month in the year 2010, the garden city of portharcourt was painted red during the rebranding event of the state.The event was professionally coordinated by Epicentre events.The marquee set up inside the presidential hotel was magnificiently transformed to a beauty to behold by the ever competent decorating crew of Epicentre events.
